At Digital Kept | Digital Marketing Agency Rajanpur, we believe that clear payment terms help build trust and long-term relationships with our clients.
This Payment & Billing Policy explains how our service charges work, when payments are due, how invoices are handled, and what clients should know before purchasing our digital services.
By placing an order or purchasing a service from Digital Kept, you agree to follow this policy along with our Terms & Conditions and other applicable policies.
1. About Our Payment Policy
Digital Kept provides digital marketing and online business services to individuals, startups, small businesses, and established brands.
Our services may include:
- Digital marketing and consultancy
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Facebook and Instagram advertising through Meta Ads
- Social media marketing and management
- WordPress website development
- Shopify store setup
- Website design and development
- Graphic design and creative content
- Content writing
- Digital marketing training and related services
The payment terms may differ depending on the service, package, project size, and agreement made with the client.
2. Service Prices and Quotations
Our service prices may be displayed on our website, social media pages, quotations, proposals, or official communication channels.
The final price depends on the selected service and the work included in the package.
Before work begins, we aim to confirm the following:
- The selected service or package
- The total service charges
- Any advance payment required
- The payment schedule
- Any additional or third-party costs
- The expected delivery timeline
A quotation may have a validity period. If the quotation expires before the client confirms the order, the price or availability may need to be reviewed.
We will communicate any changes to an agreed project price before proceeding with additional work.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
Digital Kept will communicate the available payment methods before a client makes a payment.
Depending on availability, these may include:
- Bank transfer
- Mobile banking
- Supported mobile wallet services
- Other payment methods approved by Digital Kept
Clients should use only the payment details shared through our official business communication channels.
Please verify the recipient name and payment details before transferring money. Digital Kept is not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect or unauthorized recipient due to unverified payment information.
Never share your banking password, PIN, or one-time verification code with anyone claiming to represent our agency.
4. Advance Payments
Some services require an advance payment before work begins.
An advance payment helps confirm the order and allows us to allocate time and resources to the project.
The required advance amount will depend on the service and will be communicated before the client places an order.
Please note:
- Work may not begin until the agreed advance payment is received.
- An advance payment is credited toward the agreed service charges.
- Any refund of an advance payment will be handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
- Additional work outside the agreed project scope may require a separate payment.
An advance payment is not automatically non-refundable in every situation. Refund eligibility depends on the agreement, the work completed, any legitimate costs incurred, and applicable legal requirements.
5. Full Payments and Installments
Depending on the service, clients may be asked to pay the full amount in advance or make payments in installments.
For larger projects, an installment arrangement may be agreed upon in writing.
The agreement should explain:
- The total project price
- The amount of each installment
- The payment due dates or milestones
- The work covered by each payment
- The conditions for starting or continuing the next stage
Clients are responsible for making payments by the agreed dates.
If an installment is delayed, we may discuss a revised payment schedule. Work may be paused where permitted by the agreement and applicable law.
6. Monthly Services and Recurring Payments
Some services, such as SEO, social media management, and ongoing digital marketing, may be provided on a monthly basis.
For recurring services, the client will be informed of the applicable monthly fee, billing period, and payment due date.
Unless a different arrangement has been agreed:
- Monthly service charges cover the period or deliverables described in the selected package.
- Payments are due according to the agreed billing schedule.
- Work for a new billing period may depend on payment for that period.
- Any changes to recurring service charges should be communicated before they take effect.
- Cancellation requests will be handled according to the relevant service agreement and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Clients should confirm the applicable notice period, if any, before subscribing to a recurring service.
7. Meta Ads and Advertising Budgets
For Facebook and Instagram advertising, it is important to understand the difference between agency fees and advertising spend.
Agency management fee: The amount charged by Digital Kept for services such as campaign setup, management, optimization, and reporting, as included in your package.
Advertising budget: The money allocated to showing advertisements through Meta or another advertising platform.
Unless your written agreement states otherwise, the advertising budget is separate from our management fee.
Clients should understand that:
- Advertising platforms may charge their own fees and applicable taxes.
- Advertising costs may vary according to campaign settings and platform billing rules.
- Meta controls its own billing, payment processing, and advertising systems.
- Digital Kept cannot guarantee a refund from Meta or another third-party platform.
- Any advertising budget managed or paid through Digital Kept must follow the payment arrangement agreed upon before the campaign begins.
Where possible, we recommend that clients use their own authorized advertising accounts and payment methods for greater transparency and control.
8. Additional Services and Extra Charges
A project quotation covers only the services and deliverables specifically included in the agreed scope.
Additional charges may apply if a client requests:
- Extra website pages or features
- Additional design concepts or revisions beyond the agreed allowance
- New marketing campaigns
- Extra content or product uploads
- Advanced integrations or custom development
- Additional services not included in the original package
We will communicate the extra work and its estimated cost before proceeding, where reasonably possible.
Additional work will normally begin after the client approves the revised scope and price.
9. Invoices and Payment Receipts
Digital Kept may provide invoices, quotations, payment confirmations, or receipts according to the transaction and applicable requirements.
Clients should keep copies of their payment records for future reference.
If you need clarification about an invoice, please contact us and provide the invoice number or relevant payment details.
We will review reasonable billing questions and correct any confirmed errors.
10. Late or Overdue Payments
Clients are expected to pay invoices by the agreed due dates.
If a payment becomes overdue, we may contact the client to request payment or discuss the issue.
Depending on the circumstances and the agreed terms, overdue payments may result in:
- A temporary pause in project work
- Delayed delivery or handover
- Suspension of ongoing services after appropriate notice
- Further steps permitted under the agreement and applicable law
Any late payment fee or additional charge will apply only if it has been properly communicated, agreed where required, and is legally permitted.
We encourage clients who are experiencing payment difficulties to contact us early so that a practical solution can be discussed.
11. Failed, Incorrect, or Duplicate Payments
If you believe a payment has failed, been deducted incorrectly, or been made more than once, please contact Digital Kept.
To help us investigate, provide:
- Your name
- The service purchased
- The payment date
- The amount involved
- The transaction reference, if available
- A copy of the relevant payment receipt, where appropriate
We will review the information and work to resolve any confirmed payment error.
Please do not send complete card details, banking passwords, PINs, or verification codes.
12. Refunds and Payment Reversals
Refund requests are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The availability and amount of a refund may depend on:
- The type of service purchased
- The stage of project completion
- The work already delivered
- Legitimate third-party costs
- The agreed service terms
- Applicable legal requirements
If a refund is approved, we will communicate the expected processing method and timeframe.
Payments made directly to third-party providers are subject to their own refund procedures. Digital Kept cannot guarantee that a third-party provider will approve a refund.
Nothing in this policy removes any refund rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
13. Taxes and Third-Party Charges
Unless a quotation states otherwise, service prices should be understood according to the inclusions and exclusions communicated before purchase.
Additional costs may include:
- Applicable taxes
- Domain registration and renewal
- Web hosting
- Premium themes, plugins, and software
- Shopify subscriptions and paid apps
- Advertising platform charges
- Other third-party services
Any taxes or additional charges that apply will be handled according to the agreed quotation and applicable law.
Clients should review their quotations carefully to understand what is included in the total price.
14. Currency and Payment Confirmation
Unless otherwise stated in a quotation or agreement, our prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
A payment is considered received when it has been successfully credited or confirmed through the relevant payment method.
A screenshot or transfer receipt may help us verify a payment, but it does not always confirm that funds have been received.
Work may begin once the required payment has been verified.
If a payment is pending, delayed, or reversed, we may need to confirm its status before continuing the project.
15. Payment Disputes
If you disagree with a charge or believe that an invoice is incorrect, please contact us with the relevant details.
We will review the matter and attempt to resolve it through clear communication.
Clients may also use any applicable dispute-resolution process available through their payment provider or under applicable law.
This policy does not prevent clients from exercising their lawful rights.
16. Changes to Payment Terms
Digital Kept may update its payment procedures or published prices as our services and business requirements change.
Any updated policy will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Changes to the price or payment schedule of an existing project will be communicated and handled according to the applicable agreement and law.
We encourage clients to review the quotation and payment terms before confirming an order.
